Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Tester with strong expertise in Reporting & Prism Testing modules. The role requires designing test plans, executing end-to-end test strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans and test cases with focus on Workday Reporting & Prism Testing

Perform Functional, SIT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing

Collaborate with product and business teams for UAT execution

Validate Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, security, and Prism data integrations

Manage and track defects efficiently using standard tools (JIRA/ALM)

Work within Agile methodology and participate in sprint ceremonies

Required Skills

4+ years of Workday Testing experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Reporting & Prism Testing

Knowledge of report validations, data transformations, integrations

Adept in defect management

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

Workday HCM exposure along with Reporting & Prism

Workday certification in Reporting / Prism (preferred)

Knowledge of ETL / data validation techniques
