**Our Exciting Opportunity**

We are now looking for a motivated and energetic systems solution architect who would like to work at the forefront of technology and closely with Ericsson’s Market Areas and Customer units. The solution architect will join a strong team of senior system engineers, developers, and solutions architects building innovative solutions addressing customers' difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solution architect who would like to work in a dynamic environment, close to customers, and with the newest technologies.

At SAN Systems Technology and Management office (SMT), we are on a journey to evolve customer support services with automation and intelligence. Using data to generate insights from customers, identify deviations in network KPIs, and use machine intelligence to solve customer issues before they become noticeable. Our ambition is to have an "always-on" customer network where problems are discovered, troubleshot, and fixed in a pre-emptive fashion.

**You will**
- Work with identifying customers’ difficulties by engaging in discussions with market areas and customer units. In addition, identify areas of interest by looking at and examining customers’ networks using your knowledge and competence while examining the network’s data, such as performance, traces, and logs, in addition to the network topology.
- Propose, architect, and together with the team implement use cases in ENI (Ericsson Network Intelligence) system that make valuable contributions to customers and address their difficulties. In this role, you will be part of a team with an end-to-end view and responsibility, from initial requirements collection to delivery and deployment of the solution.
- Engage in discussion with BAs R&D organizations, and GAIA, to create product near support use cases based on the product’s evolution.
- In some cases engage with TA studies addressing customer support evolution which can be conducted in SAN or across BAs.

**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Strong knowledge in data science, data engineering and cloud native technologies. In addition, Coding skills in Python and general programming knowledge. It is preferred if a person has some experience in tools/scripts development for network automation, troubleshooting or similar
- An explorative and experimenting attitude
- This role requires someone who thinks differently and strives for improvements. Many of the challenges faced in this role have no known solutions; thus, the person is expected to dive into an unknown territory, gather information, experiment, and propose solutions.
- University degree in engineering or computer science with at least 7 years of experience in either systems management, system development, or customer support.
- Good knowledge about RAN and/or Core protocols and procedures including 4G and 5G configurations, hardware, and advanced features such as IoT, Spectrum sharing, and Network Slicing.
- Team player. Flexible and able to work in a very dynamic and fast-moving environment with colleagues from around the world.
