**Position : Senior Technical Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Leadership: Lead the technology strategy, guide the engineering team, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable, and efficient architectures, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- LCNC Platforms: Spearhead the development and integration of Low-Code/No-Code solutions to drive efficiency and rapid prototyping.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the development of AI-driven solutions using OpenAI and other advanced machine learning frameworks.
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Architect and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Database Design: Oversee the design and management of databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- DevOps Practices: Implement modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and automation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and grow the technical team, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, specifically OpenAI frameworks and API integration.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Advanced skills in AWS Cloud architecture, including experience with core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud-native design principles.
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, infrastructure automation).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving technical excellence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
