Front Office Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in any field.
- **Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and a basic understanding of healthcare processes.
- **Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.**:
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
- Input and update patient information in the hospital's electronic health records system.
- **Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.**:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments based on doctor availability and patient preferences.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
