**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Location**: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design work adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all channels.
- ** Concept Development**: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, generate creative ideas, and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- ** Software Proficiency**: Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create high-quality visuals.
- ** Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- ** Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s visual content remains fresh and innovative.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate text and imagery effectively and deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- ** File Management**: Prepare and manage final design files for production and distribution. Ensure files are optimized for various formats and platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- ** Experience**: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work. Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.
- ** Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.

**Salary**:

- The salary range for this position is ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
