Job Listing Detail
As part of the "Global Governance & Service and Excellence" department in "Information Technology" you will support the IT domains regarding the design, modification, implementation, and execution of the IQ documentation. By performing complex process analysis, monitoring, reporting and governance you will support continual improvement activities for the "Infrastructure Qualification Framework". You will have to establish relationships with the IT and Business domains and pro-actively support them to understand their process performance, indicators, and improvement areas. Work closely with all stakeholders e.g., IT Qualification Owners, IT Service Delivery Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Application and Business Process Owners to ensure the smooth running of IT Infrastructure Qualification documentation process.
Specifically, you will:
- Operate on the creation of IT Infrastructure Qualification documents (e.g., Windows Linux, Unix Operating Systems as an Infrastructure Qualification Component, and Oracle, MS SQL Databases) and participate end-to-end documentation creation/update process enforcement.
- Work with the respective stakeholders to determine, the current and expected maturity and compliance level with current framework and documentation.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with other IT domains, understanding the scope of their services and processes. The position offers you excellent opportunities to work with a wide range of the latest regulated IT technologies (e.g., Network Infrastructure, VMware, VxRail, ESX Virtualization, Oracle, SQL Databases).
- Provides input to IT-IP Management for Compliance and risk-based approach.
- Align to the defined process key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet the targets of "IT Infrastructure Qualification Management".
- Observe and provide feedback to team management on the "IT Infrastructure Qualification Management" process improvement opportunities, where automation and self-service can increase efficiency in terms of time and resource consumption.
- Monitoring and regularly tracing creation and update of the regulated IT Infrastructure Qualification documents for regulated IT Systems in terms of the compatibility, during life cycle ensuring all best practices are applied to the process.
Qualifications:
- Academic Degree or equivalent and minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 6 years work experience in administrative roles on Windows Server Operating Systems.
- At least 6 years work experience on the Database e.g., Oracle and MS SQL installation, management, and Administration
- Outstanding communications skills, able to translate technical diagnosis into business relevant context and articulate business impact to all levels of the organization.
- Good Understanding of different ITIL processes and their interactions with each other. ITIL foundation or higher certification preferred
- Basic understanding on the Validation of Computerized Systems and IT Quality Process framework highly desirable.
