**Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute daily dispatches based on channel-wise requirements.
- Track and follow up on the status of dispatched shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters for daily pick-ups and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Create packing slips for dispatched orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports, track transporter turnaround times (TATs), and update costs related to dispatched shipments.
- Plan and manage commercial vehicles for local deliveries within Bengaluru, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Generate invoices and E-way bills using ERP software, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage and prioritize multiple dispatches efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to track, report, and analyze operational data.
- Attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a full-time (in-office) role based out of Bidadi (Bengaluru).
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly address and resolve any dispatch-related issues.
