Role Overview:
As an MIS Executive, You will involve in creating dynamic reports, automating tasks, managing large datasets, and providing insights to drive operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing strategies, staying updated with the latest IT advancements, and supporting training and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Efficiently manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Conduct data simulations, validation, and advanced conditional formatting.
- Task Automation: Utilize VBA, macros and other methods to automate repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
- Data Protection: Implement strategies to safeguard data and manage associated risks effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze business operations, generate detailed reports, and offer recommendations for improvements. Track office inventory and manage stock items using advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, task automation with VBA and macros, and PivotTable reporting.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is an advantage.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing datasets, and creating comprehensive reports.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to stay current with IT trends and developments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in data validation, advanced conditional formatting, and creating detailed pivot tables.
- Familiarity with additional BI tools and data visualization platforms.
