Responsibilities
- Handle outbound client calls regarding product/service inquiries and issues
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolve client queries in a professional manner
- Maintain client records and update information in the system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
- Achieve individual and team targets for client satisfaction and productivity
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Computer knowledge and typing skills
- Availabitity to work in UK Shift i.e., 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid sick time

- Monday to Friday
