**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to highlight the value of Netweb's HCS solutions.
- **Solution Design**:
- Develop end-to-end solutions based on customer needs, utilizing the latest technologies in server, storage, HPC, and related infrastructure.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to create customized solutions aligned with customer goals.
- **Presales Support**:
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and creating technical documentation.
- **Market Awareness**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to high-end computing solutions.
Contribute market insights to inform the development of new products and services.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presale capacity, with expertise in server, storage, HPC, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, high-performance computing, and storage infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
