**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement **machine learning** and **predictive analytics** solutions.
- Perform **data exploration, cleansing, and preprocessing** from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Build **statistical and deep learning models** for forecasting, classification, recommendation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with **data engineers and analysts** to deploy models into production environments.
- Translate complex data insights into **clear business recommendations** and visualizations.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with **large datasets** using distributed data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest trends in **AI, ML, and data science technologies**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field**.
- 5-12 years of experience in **data science or machine learning roles**.
- Strong proficiency in **Python, R, or SQL** for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with **ML frameworks and libraries** (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Knowledge of **data visualization tools** (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Solid understanding of **statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data mining** techniques.
- Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and **data pipelines**.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business strategies.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with **NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision**.
- Exposure to **MLOps** and model deployment frameworks.
- Familiarity with **big data ecosystems** (Spark, Hive, Databricks).
