Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist at Uniprep, you'll analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and generate actionable insights that improve decision-making across departments — from marketing and product development to user engagement and career analytics. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in data science within a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop predictive models and data-driven solutions for business challenges.
  • Visualize and communicate insights using dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-informed decisions.
  • Automate processes and improve data workflows.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Freshers with solid technical knowledge and passion for data are welcome to apply.
