We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic **Pre-Sales Executive** with strong experience in **telesales, telecalling, and lead generation** within the education sector. The role involves managing the initial stages of the sales cycle, understanding client requirements, and supporting the Growth Team in achieving business development goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

**Sales Process Management**
- Handle the initial stages of the sales process by engaging with potential clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose relevant solutions in collaboration with the Growth Team.

**Lead Generation & Telecalling**
- Conduct daily telecalling activities on sourced/assigned data.
- Generate and qualify leads to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into opportunities.

**Collaboration & Support**
- Work closely with the Growth Team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Growth, Customer Service, and Projects) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
- Provide timely support and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients during the pre-sales stage.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, telecalling activity, and conversions.

**Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in pre-sales, telesales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferably in the education industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and telecalling systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
