**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads in the assigned territory.
- Visiting residential and commercial premises to demonstrate and promote Luxus Water's products, including water softeners, RO water purifiers, RO plants, and water treatment plants.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Providing accurate product information, pricing, and quotations to customers and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Representing Luxus Water professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- PUC and above or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the water treatment industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with bike and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
