**Job Title**: Liaisoning Officer
**Location**: Vashi or Chembur, Navi Mumbai
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Liaison with BMC and Regulatory Authorities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and BMC officials.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with BMC officers and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- **Permits and Compliance**:
- Ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained from BMC and comply with local municipal laws.
- Stay updated on BMC rules and regulations that affect company operations, ensuring timely renewal of licenses and permits.
- **Documentation and Record Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, permits, and approvals secured from the BMC.
- **Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution**:
- Address and resolve issues related to permits, compliance, or inspections from BMC in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide solutions for any challenges encountered during the liaisoning process, ensuring mínimal disruption to company operations.
- Represent the company in discussions or negotiations with BMC officials regarding any disputes or compliance concerns.
- **Regulatory Monitoring and Advisory**:
- Monitor and interpret changes in BMC regulations or policies that could impact the business.
- Advise the management team on compliance requirements, risks, and necessary actions to remain compliant with BMC guidelines.
- Participate in internal meetings to inform stakeholders about the status of permits, upcoming renewals, and regulatory updates.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**:
- Work closely with various departments (legal, construction, operations, etc.) to ensure all projects and activities comply with municipal laws.
- Assist in arranging inspections and visits by BMC officials as required for project approvals.
**Qualifications**:
- In-depth knowledge of BMC processes, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Marathi) and English.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong network of contacts within the BMC and other relevant authorities.
- Ability to handle complex documentation and legal compliance processes.
**Working Conditions**:
- Frequent travel to BMC offices and other regulatory bodies.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet with BMC officials as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
