Tangent & Curve is looking for a talented individual from Bangalore to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will manage multiple clients, create impactful brand strategies, and lead our marketing team to success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consumer and market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and consumer behaviour.
- Evaluate the current market position of our clients' brands and develop data-driven brand strategies.
- Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages.
- Communicate and align the internal team around foundational brand ideas, ensuring consistency in brand personality.
- Lead and guide the marketing team members through the execution of campaigns.
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, utilising key performance indicators.
- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brands updated with evolving market dynamics.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for branding and marketing with a creative mindset.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
- Proven experience in brand management within a marketing agency setting, preferably.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
- Eagerness to learn.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a team.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Adept at developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- While a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus, we understand that passion and talent are not bound by formal education.
- Bonus points if you are a sports enthusiast.

**Work Environment**:
This is a work-from-home position based in Bangalore, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will be able to work on diverse projects for various clients, gaining real-world experience and expanding your skill set.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
