JD:
- Working knowledge on Integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party tools (Minimum 5-8 Integrations should be done on his own)
- Should have experience related to Customer Service Management, Field Service management, Third Party Vendor Risk Management, IT GRC as well.
- Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, REST etc.
- Strong working knowledge with different scripts of Service Now like Client Scripts, Business Rule, Script Include, UI Action, UI Policy, and UI Pages
- Strong understanding of Developing the Complex Catalog items, Workflows, Order Guides, Record producers etc.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
