Sales and Office Coordinator should have a minimum 1-2 years of experience. Must be a Graduate degree. Must have good communication skills (active listening skills). To help the team generate leads from Indiamart and the online platform. Support the field team by making quotations and coordinating with order processing. Customer-focused and diligent towards providing good customer service. A good learner and technology enthusuist. Keen to learn and grow.
List of Deliverables:
1. Generate leads from Indiamart and arrange meetings with customers.
2. Help manage the inventory, order processing, and coordination with finance team to process and dispatch the material.
3. Making and sharing the quote to Indiamart inquiries and also making quotations, proposals for the field team.
Skills Required:
1. Good verbal & written Communication skills
2. Microsoft Office
3. CRM Software
4. Good customer handling & listening skills
5. Organized, Quick learner and multi-tasker
6. Ability to operate as an individual contributor and/ or a Team player
