Job Description: Operations and Support Executive (Ex-Servicemen) - Winntus Formworks

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined individual with a background in military service to join our team as an Operations and Support Executive at Winntus Formworks. This role primarily involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities and providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth functioning of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operations Management:

- Coordinate and oversee operational activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor workflow to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement strategies to optimize operational processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Support Services:

- Provide support to various departments as required, including logistics, procurement, and administration.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and addressing any concerns raised by team members or clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions for operational staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operational activities.
- Implement measures to mitigate operational risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in military service, preferably with a background in operations or logistics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exemplary integrity and commitment to upholding company values.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with lean management principles and process improvement methodologies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
