Service Sales Incharge

q Overall coordination with Service Engineers and coordinate with Customers for Service issues

q Proper allocation of engineer to visit customer

q Prepare and execute new machine installation plan

q Timely MIS

q Timely customer coordination and communication

q Escalation of severe service issues to Service Manager

q Service Engineer Mandays monitoring and optimization

q Control on Travel expense

q Ensure customer visit is done by engineer if required to assess pre-installation situation

q Allocate man power for installation and Service call

q Prepare New Machine Installation Plan

q Ensure Daily reporting is coming from all site engineers

q Ensure Material Arrangement for site during installation

q Verification of travel vouchers and expense of service engineers to Service manager

q Respond to customer query at the escalation situation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
