**Job brief**

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist with exceptional interpersonal abilities to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment plans tailored to IT roles
- Coordinate and build relationships with college TPOs to arrange campus recruitment drives
- Organize and conduct college campus recruitment events, including job fairs and interviews
- Administer job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer management for IT positions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with strong knowledge of the IT job market and technologies
- Experience in coordinating and conducting college campus recruitment and working closely with TPOs
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
