**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize paid social and search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Handle international campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and performance optimization.
- Oversee monthly ad budgets ranging from $50K to $100K, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to create highly targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising to continuously enhance performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media publishing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
