**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)** and **Google Ads** campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
- Conduct **keyword research, audience targeting**, and **competitor analysis** to maximize ad reach and relevance.
- Optimize campaigns for **CTR, CPC, ROAS**, and **Lead Generation**.
- Perform **A/B testing** on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and **CTAs**.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare detailed **reports** on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads policies, and Google Ads best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **3 years** of hands-on experience in **Meta Ads and Google Ads** campaign management.
- Strong expertise in **Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads**, and **Retargeting** campaigns.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Tag Manager**, and **Conversion Tracking** setup.
- Excellent **communication, analytical**, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Google Ads** and **Meta Blueprint** certifications preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
