This role is a part of the Transition Management team supporting topics such as VRM compliance assessment, coordinate to draft SLAs, finalize Controls / KPIs and report on regular basis, and provide support on business continuity topics

**Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)**
- Assess Vendor Risk Management (VRM) compliance for the new roles and assist amendments
- Drive all VRM transactions - Creation, providing evidence, SoS/SLA drafting, Intra Group Service Agreements, incorporating stakeholder feedback, signing the SLA, remediation exercise etc.
- Work closely with business heads, onsite partners, legal, finance, Intra-group management and third-party management teams to coordinate on the VRM transactions.
- Define transition timeline & provide PMO support for the roles offshored
- Reporting -Prepare monthly control dashboard and coordinate to get the quarterly control reviews and consolidate responses
- Support information gathering for internal & external audits and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring full Business Continuity Management (BCM) at the Centre level and help adhering compliance for BCM tasks before due dates

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the financial services / consulting industry with relevant Vendor Risk management experience
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is critical
- Excellent oral and detail-oriented written communication skills
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders e.g. (Business / Contracts / Finance teams)
- Demonstrated capability of problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues
- Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
- Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff
