**Deutsche Bank International Private Bank (IPB) - Divisional Control Office (DCO)**

The team is part of the Divisional Control Office. The IPB Divisional Control Office (DCO) guards the “Protect” agenda by overseeing non-financial risks, conduct & control topics and regulatory changes. The team works across global IPB franchise delivering complex key risk and control agenda, adding value for the Business to reduce complexity and enhance controls. The team works with cross-functional and global teams, collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally across the bank.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Familiarize with policies, manuals and internal documentation, as well as management models pertaining to Deutsche Operational Risk and Findings Management
- Proactively support in the creation and maintenance of policies and procedure manuals which formalizes the Operational Risk and Findings Management activities based on good business practices and existing supervisory expectations
- Enhance accountability through proposal of solid risk mitigation plans and look for opportunities to drive process resilience
- Produce clear and comprehensible Senior Management reports and documentation to aid in effective Risk Management, while outlining estimates, input-value scenarios and assumptions
- Verifying the completeness, plausibility and timely processing of relevant information
- Support with implementation of new requirements (data, processes, methods)
- Support the introduction of new / enhanced operational risk processes / policies for the business (driven by DB Group ORM / IPB senior management)
- Liaise with other internal departments as needed and within responsibility and within the scope of standardized processes
- Communication as well as relationship management with senior stakeholders within the scope of the assigned tasks and coordination of tasks within the team
- Cooperation with (partial) projects in line with the functional requirement

**Your skills and experience**
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or Law or adequate background
- Several years of experience within banking industry and proven track-record
- Experience in project work and technics (e.g. agile methods)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and proven capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision
- Strong communication, writing, analy
