Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs for social media posts, stories, reels, websites (Wix), etc. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and a visually appealing aesthetic.
- Content Creation for Reels and Posts: Develop, design, and execute creative social media content, especially for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing social media strategies to boost engagement, grow followers, and promote brand awareness.
- Video Editing: Edit videos and other digital platforms, ensuring high-quality production.
- Platform Management: Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and tracking performance.
- Campaign Support: Support broader digital marketing campaigns by contributing to visual design and helping execute promotional strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, compile reports, and provide insights for optimizing engagement and reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) for creating and editing reels.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media platform analytics is a plus.
