**Project Associate (Accounts)**

**About Smile Foundation**:
Sustainability, social equality and the environment are now business problems. And corporate leaders can't depend on governments to solve them. Inspired by this philosophy of Peter Senge, a group of young corporate professionals came together in 2002 to set up Smile Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities. Today, Smile Foundation is directly benefiting over 1.5 million children and families through more than 400 welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women empowerment spread across 2,000 villages and urban slums in 25 states, every year.

**Role** - Project Associate (Accounts)

**Job Discreption -**
- Receiving of bills from ground
- Projects bills checking and bills submission making
- Submission of bills to finance and receipt collection
- Socumentation and filing
- Follow up reimbursement of payments
- Updating budget tracking regularly
- Attending all teams meetings (internal & external)
- Conducting ground audit ( finance and program)
- Proving help for health camps
- Visiting fabricator site for checking fabrication work
- Collecting quotation from ground
- Vendor dealing
- Support in disaster response (as per requirement)

**Position**: Project Associate (Accounts)
**Functional Area**: Health Programme
**Desired work experience**: 1-3 years
**Education**: Bechelors
**Compensation Offered**: 20,000/- to 22,000/- per month
