This is a rare opportunity to work with the world's foremost leader driving Digital transformation of Healthcare who was the architect of the National Health policy 2017, National Education Policy 2020 and the Viksit Bharat Abhiyan. In 2020, Digital Health Associates Pvt. Ltd. was formed as a pioneering organization dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative solutions. We collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum to drive policy advocacy, research, and other associated activities aiming to lead the digital transformation of Healthcare. The organization has the following four SBU's : Health Parliament, Academy of Digital Health Sciences, International Patient's Union, and Global Digital Health Summit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and ideate innovative projects.**:

- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive research on healthcare topics, including digital health trends, policy developments, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze data and evidence to support project objectives and inform policy recommendations.
- **Report Writing**:

- Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and white papers on various healthcare issues.
- Summarize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- **Project Planning and Management**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet established goals.
- **Policy Advocacy**:

- Monitor and analyze healthcare policies at the national and international levels.
- Support advocacy efforts by developing policy positions and engaging with policymakers and stakeholders.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate in designing and developing educational materials and training programs focused on digital health.
- Ensure curricula align with current industry standards and address the needs of healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- MBBS
- BSc/MSc in Nursing
- Graduate/ PG in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare.
- Experience in report writing and curriculum development is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with research tools and databases.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Familiarity with healthcare policies and regulatory frameworks in India and globally.
- Experience engaging with policymakers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
