**Description**:
About the role:
The (Sr.) Project Associate will play a vital role in supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of interventions aimed at enhancing the quality of education in Madhya Pradesh's public school system. They will collaborate closely with government stakeholders and internal teams to drive project success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project design and development by collaborating with government stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Establish consensus among stakeholders regarding project objectives and success metrics.
- Lead project implementation at scale, coordinating with internal teams and consulting with Project Manager(s) and Programme Manager(s).
- Utilize learnings from past programs to improve implementation strategies.
- Develop effective work-planning and management systems for progress tracking.
- Cultivate strong operational relationships with government partners and external experts.
- Build capacity within government teams for ongoing organizational improvement beyond the project's duration.

**Functional details**:
**Qualifications and Role Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A relevant degree in Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project management and implementation, preferably in education or development projects. Classroom teaching experience, particularly within the government school system, is desirable.
- Other Skills: Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills with senior internal and external stakeholders, along with excellent communication abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Hindi.
