Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Provide information to visitors and employees as needed.

Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Display a friendly and helpful attitude to provide exceptional customer service.

Handle inquiries and relay them to the appropriate person.

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Ability to handle unexpected situations with calmness and efficiency.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the overall functioning of the organization.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using office software and equipment.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Punctual, reliable, and professional.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
