Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Quote Preparation: Create and manage quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Excel Sheet Work: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for various tasks, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Office Expenses Management: Monitor and manage office expenses, ensuring all transactions are recorded and budgets are adhered to.
- Daily Office Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in quote preparation and basic accounting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in desired field.

- Annual CTC: INR 240,000 - 300,000 (based on prior experience).
