**Job Title**: House Keeping Supervisor

**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3-5 Years

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily housekeeping operations within the hospital to ensure a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role ensures compliance with infection control standards and hospital policies while supervising and supporting the housekeeping staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring coverage across all hospital areas.
- Inspect patient rooms, operating theaters, public areas, and staff facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Train new and existing housekeeping staff on hospital cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and infection control practices.
- Coordinate schedules, time-off requests, and shift coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, local health regulations, and safety and sanitation standards.
- Liaise with nursing and administrative departments to ensure timely and effective cleaning of patient rooms, discharges, and emergency response areas.
- Investigate and resolve housekeeping complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain records of inspections, staff performance, inventory, and any incidents.
- Support environmental sustainability and waste management initiatives where applicable.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate department promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping in a healthcare or hospital setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and infection control,
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
