**Quality Assurance - US Voice Process: 1 to 5 Yrs Exp (WFH)**

Time: US Shift (6 pm to 3 am IST)
Location: Work from Home/Bangalore, India

Educational Qualification: +2/ Graduation (Not Compulsory)

**Salary**: 2 to 4.5 Lacs INR PA
No of positions: 2 Nos
**Notice Period: Immediate**

**Must Have: Experience in International Voice Process Quality Assurance**
**Your Role**:
Senior Quality Analyst: Responsible for quality analysis and guideline adherence rating of around 50-100 voice calls in a day. Suggesting process improvements. Responsible for identification and reporting call quality issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Must have experience in International Outbound Voice Process QA
- Voice Quality analysis experience for US/Canada native speakers.
- Energetic, organized - strong time management skills. Excellent team player.
- Fluent/trained in US English

**System requirements**
- PC or Mac is fine (must have high quality audio capabilities)
- Strong and reliable Internet connection
- Access to a quiet work environment

**Technical pre-requisites prior to applying**
- Hardwired into the internet
- **Intel i5 CPU** (or AMD equivalent) 2.0GHz Quad Core or better
- **8GB RAM** or above/At least 20GB free disk memory space/Windows 10 or Mac 10.2 and above

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
