**US Accent Experts/British Accent Experts (ONLY) for US Voice Process**
**WFH (0.5 to 8 Years)**

**Must-Have**:
US/British accent English language bilingual proficiency
Experience in International Voice Process
Experience: 0.5 to 8 Years
Time: US Shift (6 pm to 3 am IST)
Location: Work from Home/Anywhere
Industry: Call center/IT/ITES

**Job Type**: Part time
Educational Qualification: +2/ Graduation (Not Compulsory)

**Salary**: 3 to 5 Lacs INR PA
No of positions: 10 Nos

Job Description: Must have a minimum 1 year of international outbound/inbound
call center experience OR strong customer service experience

**Your Role**:
Appointment Liaison: Responsible for contacting and setting appointments with prospective engineering, consulting, supply chain or manufacturing clients in North America.
You will also coordinate with each party to ensure appointments are set and
followed through upon.

**Please note that this is NOT a sales job. There is no selling involved or commission pay.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in International Outbound/Inbound US/British Voice Process
- Pleasant and confident phone manner
- Experience using any CRM tool (Hubspot/Zoho/Salesforce etc)
- Energetic, organized - strong time management skills
- Ability to follow a script and speak eloquently with clients
- Fluent/Expert in US/British/Native/Bilingual English accent system requirements
- PC or Mac is fine (must have high-quality audio capabilities)
- Strong and reliable Internet connections
- Access to a quiet work environment

Technical pre-requisites prior to applying
- Hardwired into the internet
- Intel i5 CPU (or AMD equivalent) 2.0GHz Quad Core or better
- 8GB RAM or above/At least 20GB free disk memory space/Windows 10 or Mac 10.2 and above

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
