Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering on introducing and modifying testing processes.
- Educate other team members regarding effective ways of testing and raise issues to the development team through proper channels.
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Use new-age software and tools to automate the testing process and maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Maintain the test use case repository, and library and use them effectively to improve software testing productivity.
- Prepare reports on software testing and educate cross-functional teams with common or trending bug/ failure scenarios to enable the right-first-time programs.
- a Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in automated testing.
- Design, develop and execute automated tests.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Setup integration and stress testing in our CI/CD pipeline.
- Setup automated regression tests for Websites + Mobile Applications.
- Must be well-versed in Selenium, Appium & Apache JMeter.
- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Must know how CI/CD pipelines work.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
