**Job Title**: Functional SME **Location**: Bangalore **Role Type**: Contract **Functional SME plays a vital role in our journey to lead the banking industry in creating a digital-first** **environment.** **We are looking for a talented and driven Payments SME with Functional knowledge to join us on this** **vendors providing specialist capabilities.** **We recognize our people as our greatest asset, and we strive to nurture your personal development** **and career growth** **In this role, you will**: **- Should have experience in the Payments domain: Domestic and International Payments,** **Payment routing, Cheques, Clearing & Settlement Systems (RTGS, Giro, Fedwire, BACS, CHAPS),** **SWIFT, Standing Instructions, Direct Debits, Bulk Payments, SEPA, Payment formats (EDI, SWIFT, SAP** **IDoc, ISO20022 XML, NACHA, etc)** **- Experience in Payments Engine/FIS suite of products.** **- Experience in requirement gathering at client sites and creating IDD, BRD, etc.** **- Analysis of requirements, creating Functional Specification** **- Definition of Process flows, User Interface, and Reports based on requirements.** **- Should have experience with File and Real-Time interfaces.** **- Participate in demos and requirements discussions with prospective clients.** **- Provide functional and domain-related inputs for the creation of responses to RFPs.** **- Participate in assignments in Payments including coverage of channels and core banking.** **- Understand Business and Operations pain areas in Payments Processing, analyse and provide** **a possible solution.** **- Provide solutions to enhance Operational Efficiency, Reduce Cost, Control Risk, and create** **value-added differentiators for the customers.** **- Create solution presentations and present them to the clients.** **- Research recent advances in Payments Business and Technology on an ongoing basis** **- Provide inputs and guidance to the roadmap for the Intellect Payments Products.** **What will make you stand out?** **You are an experienced Functional SME working across large-scale payment & regulatory projects** **and programs working in complex, multi-vendor change delivery organizations. You can influence,** **design, and deliver complex solutions in partnership with diverse stakeholders for internal and** **external customers.** **You have a broad knowledge of the payments landscape across all domains.** **Experience in any of the Functional areas listed below**: **- Excellent Payment domain skills, preferably a background as a banker in the Payments area** **or a BA for top banking sector clients in a top IT firm.** **- Experience working as a Business analyst in the Payments Space on at least 2 large projects in** **the last 2 years.** **- Proven analytical skills, demonstrated in earlier engagements with Tier 1 customers.** **- Ability to understand Business requirements, appreciate the pain areas and create apt** **solutions.** **- Solutioning skills and experience in large-scale solution design on at least 2 projects** **- Knowledge of and experience of working with multiple Payment schemes across the world** **- Familiarity with regulations like PSD, AML, OFAC** **- Should also possess a basic understanding of Collections, Receivables, and Liquidity** **- Ability to communicate effectively, good presentation skills.** **- Good written communications are desirable.** **- Good personality, confident in mannerisms and speech, passionate about area of expertise** **Job Type**: Temporary Contract length: 6 months **Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year **Experience**: - total work: 7 years (required) - Payment domain: 3 years (required) - Business analyst: 2 years (required) - PSD/AML/OFAC: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
