Ensure achievement of both sales and operational goals, while collaborating with S&OP stakeholders and other cross-functional departments.

Execution in various segments like warehouse space utilization, Manpower execution, Consumables Execution (Perishable/Unperishable).

Tracking Inventory levels to prevent Non Moving/Slow moving.

Identify loopholes, shortcomings and suggestions to improve and scale up the efficiency of the FC Ops processes.

Able to execute the Planned Inbound across Portals across Pathways Fulfillment Centers.

Having basic Knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Returns Operations of Fulfillment.

Able to coordinate with internal Central team and execute the same in FC’s as per the business requirements.

Responsible for understanding and taking initiative in developing FC processes and plan to scale up the productivity.

Responsible for handling real-time escalations from clients and should be able to provide feasible solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Coordination with the cross-departmental teams, Brands and Categories.
- Requirements (If any):

- BE/B.Tech (preferred)

Basic knowledge of SAP.

2-3 Years experience in E commerce and familiarity with the terminologies of warehousing.

Data Oriented i.e. Analytically strong.

Proficient in MS-Excel.
