  • Conduct immersive 90-minute tours, showcasing Amazon's innovative processes and cutting-edge technology.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Amazon's fulfillment processes, robotics technology, and company history.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Educate visitors about Amazon's sustainability initiatives and the Climate Pledge.
  • Ensure tour groups adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations.
  • Respond to questions from tour participants accurately and professionally.
  • Lead and support high-level VIP tours that require additional planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities

As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an engaging and informative experience for visitors through interactive storytelling and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with various departments within the fulfillment center, including operations, robotics, human resources, and sustainability teams.
  • Providing training and support to new team members to ensure seamless transitions and maintain high-quality tour experiences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay updated on the latest developments and processes, and gain support with site stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating tour content to reflect new technologies and company initiatives.

You will join a passionate team of Tour Leaders and program managers dedicated to showcasing Amazon's innovation and commitment to customer obsession. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of tour content, help shape the public's perception of Amazon's fulfillment operations, and be at the forefront of Amazon's technological advancements.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with various departments within the fulfillment center to deliver exceptional tour experiences. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can provide informative and engaging tours while promoting Amazon's brand and values.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of recent professional communications or PR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Fulfillment Operations Customer Service (Zendesk).
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Public Speaking or Media Experience.
