- Respond to inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about product capabilities.

3. **Quotations and Proposals**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for both water jet and air jet loom products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals that address the specific needs of clients in manufacturing or têxtile industries.

4. **Order Processing**:

- Facilitate the smooth processing of customer orders for water jet systems and air jet looms.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

5. **Technical Support**:

- Provide basic technical support to customers, addressing questions about the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water jet cutting systems and air jet looms.

6. **Follow-Up**:

- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Gather feedback to improve customer experience and address any concerns promptly.

7. **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in both water jet technology and air jet loom manufacturing.
- Identify potential customers in manufacturing and têxtile sectors and contribute to market research efforts.

8. **Documentation**:

- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders for both product lines.
- Generate reports on sales performance and relevant metrics for water jet and air jet loom sales.

9. **Support for Sales Team**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations, providing relevant product information and materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and sales collateral for both product lines.

10. **Training and Development**:

- Stay updated on changes in product offerings, industry regulations, and technological advancements for both water jet and air jet looms.
- Train new sales team members on the features and benefits of both product lines.

11. **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns or issues related to both water jet and air jet loom products promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve challenges related to product delivery or customer satisfaction.

12. **Trade Shows and Events**:

- Represent the company at industry events specific to water jet technology and têxtile manufacturing to showcase products and network with potential customers in both sectors.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
