**Job Overview**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in administration or customer service).
- **3 to 5 years of experience** in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of **MS Excel ,Data Handling)**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process **work orders** and ensure timely execution and follow-up.
- Maintain and update records accurately in **Excel and other internal systems**.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Assist in resolving client queries and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all client-related documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,600.00 - ₹25,300.00 per month
