**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collect blood and other specimens from patients using proper techniques (venipuncture, finger pricks, etc.).
- Label and handle samples accurately to ensure proper tracking and prevent contamination or misidentification.
- Ensure all patient interactions are conducted with empathy, privacy, and professionalism.
- Verify patient identity and confirm test requisitions before sample collection.
- Transport samples to the laboratory promptly and maintain the cold chain, if required.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked phlebotomy stations and sample collection kits.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Update and maintain sample collection records and logs accurately.
- Communicate with patients about post-collection care and resolve any collection-related concerns.
- Participate in field sample collections/home visits if needed.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist in a diagnostic lab, hospital, or clinic.
- Valid phlebotomy certification (as per regional or organizational standards).

**Skills Needed**:

- Proficient in venipuncture and blood collection techniques.
- Familiar with laboratory protocols and medical terminology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Patient-centric attitude and ability to handle anxious patients gently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,358.85 - ₹23,285.37 per month
