7. Record and analyze test results accurately for reporting to medical staff.

**Skills Required**:
1. **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in blood collection techniques and lab diagnostics.

2. **Experience**: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in phlebotomy and diagnostics.

3. **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills for home collection and patient interaction.

4. **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in sample handling and test reporting.

5. **Time Management**: Punctuality in managing home collection schedules and lab tasks.

6. **Safety Compliance**: Knowledge of infection control and laboratory safety standards.

This role requires a combination of technical skills, patient care, and adherence to healthcare protocols, ensuring accurate diagnostics and quality service delivery.
