**Duties of Stenographer: -**

**- Typing and taking dictation in shorthand;**

**- Writing, transcribing and compiling of office documents;**

**- Transcribing the typed material in the common language;**

**- Keeping records of files, documents and other official records;**

**- Maintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairs;**

**- Maintaining proper order of documents to be handed to officers;**

**- Arranging and presenting documents in logical orders;**

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
**Any graduate, with minimum 5 years of work experience in similar kind of profile.**

**Knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment;**

**Ability to take and transcribe dictation at a reasonable rate of speed;**

**Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions;**

**Should have a typing speed of 80 w. p.m.**

**Proficient in computers, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc**

Pay: ₹10,941.43 - ₹32,633.82 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
