Need CRM Executive for real estate industry urgently in Pune.

Position - CRM Executive - Real Estate Industry

Exp - 1 yrs to 4 yrs

Location - Swargate, Pune

Immediate joining needed.

Job profile
- 1. Initiating all the documentation process post booking of homes.

2. Co-ordinate with the legal team and execute all the formalities required for registration of the agreements

3. Corodination with Head office or other sites for douments & agreements puroses

4. Issuing allotment letters, demand letters, reminder letters, pre-cancellation letters, cancellation letters, payment receipts, interest letters, etc. to clients

5. Getting loan sanction letters from all the booked clients before the registration due date

6. Dealing with customer complaints, queries

7. Getting the bank disbursements done within the timelines

8. Coordinate with sales & accounts team regularly with regards to payment clearance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
