**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or accounting system (vouchers, receipts, payments, journals).
- Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits, and coordinate with auditors/statutory auditors.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory returns.
- Process vendor bills and staff reimbursements as per company policy.
- Maintain records of loans disbursed, collections, and branch-wise accounting.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, ROC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in MIS reporting for loan portfolio, expenses, and branch accounts.
- Maintain asset (FA & CA etc) register and depreciation schedule.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: CA / MBA (Finance)
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in Accounting; preferably in NBFC / Microfinance / BFSI sector
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory norms
- Understanding of NBFC-MFI operations and accounting practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Leadership quality to handle a team of 8/10 people.
