As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products to retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other potential customers within your assigned territory. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG Sector.

Your working hours will be 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM & 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
In the morning shift you are expected to visit 45-50 retail stores & in the evening shift you are expected to visit 30 retail stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell our dal, besan, atta, rice, and paper bag products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to optimize sales efforts.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**Market Research and Reporting**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, product performance, and customer needs.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Educate customers on product usage, handling, and storage recommendations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or packaging industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in FMCG sales or customer service roles is required.
