**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesman at Grocery Outlet. As a Salesman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while promoting our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Uphold store policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of grocery products and industry trends is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
