**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across Mumbai.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Daily visit retail outlets across the city and suburban locations to track stock, collect orders, and promote new products.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Execute sales strategies and promotional activities in the assigned region.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper sales documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of Mumbai’s local markets, customer profiles, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales route efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps for order entry and tracking.
- Own two-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance will be provided).
