Position: Sales Executive (Male)

Industry: Manufacturing - Spray Paints for Cars, Tractors, etc.

Location: North Delhi (near Gujranwala Town)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Requirements: Two-wheeler (mandatory)

About the Company:
We are a leading manufacturer of spray paints catering to major automobile clients, including Maruti, Hyundai, and Mahindra. We specialize in providing high-quality products tailored to meet the needs of our OEM partners and other clients in the automobile and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:

- Generate and execute sales by directly engaging with OEMs and other B2B clients.
- Build, manage, and expand a network of distributors and dealers.
- Ensure effective delivery and execution of customer orders.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Provide post-sales service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer needs, offer technical and marketing support, and ensure product satisfaction.
- Expedite payments and collection of statutory forms from clients.

3. Market and Product Support:

- Facilitate product approvals by presenting samples to end-users and clients.
- Conduct market research and propose strategies to promote the company’s product range.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Record and update daily sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend to additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the automobile industry or OEM sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in using CRM tools for recording sales activities.
- Strong understanding of automobile/OEM industry dynamics.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales in the automobile industry or with an OEM background.
- Strong networking abilities and a proven history of driving business growth.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel requirements.
