**Key Responsibilities**:
**1**. Customer Engagement and Sales Conversion:

- Actively engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and pitch suitable luxury vehicles.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

**2**. Inventory Management:

- Stay updated on the current inventory, including the features and specifications of luxury cars available for sale.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding car availability and options.

**3.** Lead Management:

- Respond promptly to leads and ensure fruitful engagement to maximize car sales opportunities.
- Update lead statuses accurately in the CRM system to track progress and ensure seamless follow-ups.

**4.** Target Achievement:

- Work diligently to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the management.

**5.** Administrative Knowledge:

- Stay informed about procedures related to RTO transfers, car purchase financing, and insurance.
- Assist customers in navigating these processes to enhance their overall experience.

**6.** Reporting and Collaboration:

- Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales regarding sales progress, challenges, and assistance needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
